January can’t come too soon

The holiday season is already taking its toll on me, I have to say. Too much running around, rushing to finish things, and way too many cocktail parties. And that’s only just begun. In the next two weeks, between myself the boyfriend, we have 11 parties to attend. When really, with the weather actually staying cold, I want to stay at home, drink hot chocolate, and watch movies.

One thing that might help is if I could take a really nice long shower. But, for some reason, I have too much hot water. That’s not possible right? But after 8 or so minutes, every time, the water in my shower gets so hot I can’t stand it and have to get out. Maintenance has been no help, they can’t seen to figure out why it happens. Those sweet Grohe faucets won’t help if the water is scalding.
